She knew the menu inside and out, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect. On top of that, she was super friendly and knowledgeable about the area, which made the experience even better. I felt like I was being treated like family. I’ll definitely be back! A

After food arrived we only had half of what we ordered because the waitress got... read more Long waits and alot of mess ups. Long wait after seating to get drinks and food. After food arrived we only had half of what we ordered because the waitress got confused even though she confirmed our order 3 times. The waitress talked to the manager about a discount but he refused since it was her fault but substituted a free desert that they still tried to charge us for. After we ate it was another 30 minute wait for our check. As dead as this restaurant is they should have no problem being quick

Food was great... one of the off duty waitstaff took care of us. She did a great job. Our server was great and very polite but it seemed they were incredibly understaffed as she had to buss tables and it looked like had to wait on half of the res... read more Our server was great and very polite but it seemed they were incredibly understaffed as she had to buss tables and it looked like had to wait on half of the resteraunt (she was awesome and busted her butt, shes the type you want working for you) my son got an appetizer (Honey BBQ boneless chicken wings) and they were all raw in the middle. He ate 1 before we noticed so hopefully nothing comes of it although he complained his stomach was hurting soon after we left. This seems to be a staffing issue because if the kitchen was as slim as the waiting staff im sure its tough to keep everyrhing running smoothly with no help. Kudos to the people trying hard but Applebees management needs to do better.
