I typically visit this restaurant for breakfast and have always enjoyed it, but I was disappointed during my dinner visit this past weekend. The food didn’t seem fresh at all. There were no other customers waiting, either inside or out, which I understand could be due to the slow time of day. However, when I spend $63.00 on four combo meals, I expect my burger to be served hot. Unfortunately, the meat tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours.
Awful experience. There was no one working at 8:20 on a Sunday. This is not Chick-fil-A.
I went to the drive-thru at 5:35 PM and waited for 15 minutes without anyone taking my order. When I called the restaurant, I found out that they weren't actually open! They not only opened late but also didn’t bother to inform the customers waiting to order. I will NOT be coming back to this place!
The food was good and reasonably priced, likely even a bit cheaper than most other places, to be honest.
I ordered the chicken club, but it was served on the wrong bun. The monster burger was missing both bacon and mayonnaise. The fries were old, cold, and soggy, and the tea tasted sour. I had to pull out of the drive-thru and wait for them to bring my food because it took so long. I don't understand how I could wait over 15 minutes and spend more than $20 on two sandwiches, only to have everything be wrong.
