Yelled at a doordash driver for asking very politically how long its going to take. She started yelling at him andthem the other employees. Wth.

I really like Bojangles,... read more I didn’t receive a receipt, and despite only two cars ahead of me in the drive-thru and no customers inside, I waited over 20 minutes. I really like Bojangles, but the quality here is very inconsistent. I paid $18 for chicken that was hard, old, and dry. I’m extremely disappointed with this location and how it’s managed. Even on slow days, they shouldn’t serve old, tough fried chicken. It’s frustrating that I have to constantly check my order. It’s truly disappointing to see the quality fluctuate so much. From now on, I guess I’ll have to double-check my food every time. It’s a shame.
