We placed and online order so all we had to do was go pick it up. It took almost two hours. My husband was asked to drive around through the line twice. We would have gone inside but they had the dining room locked. He tried to get a refund, but they didn't know how because it was an online order. My husband called their home office while he was being held hostage, they put him on a call back list. Home office called him back while he was still sitting there! ?Home office was absolutely not helpful, but they did ask us if we wanted to join some membership program. That's hallarious. They told us they were out of chicken. We placed our order at 6pm on a weekday. I don't buy that. I think they didn't want to drop a bunch of chicken because they may have been slow. They were trying to clean the place up so they could get out quickly. I know lots of chicken places have to debone their meat they don't sell. So I'm assuming they didn't want to deal with the cleanup. It was almost 9 pm when my husband got home. Everything was hot and yummy, but never again will we go back.
