Wendy's - Gadsden

Absolutely absurd. I’ll hold for a minute at the drive thru, sure, but five minutes later you tell me to pull to the side cans it’ll be a bit longer. I drive off and you’re chatting with someone in the lobby bent over a table chilling? I won’t make the mistake of stopping here again.

Horrible food was cold fries we're old and nasty waited 15 on fries that take 3 mins to cook!! Yuck never again!! I shouldn't even give a star

I ordered a maple bacon chicken croissant described as a juicy chicken breast, applewood smoked speck, and maple butter on a flaky croissant bung. a little sweet. a little sparing. Very good. what I got was a simple chicken breast, no speck, no maple butter, on a square bunk!

I understand people being understaffed because of the pandemic I truly get it, Ive worked in food But this Wendy’s is by far the worst one in the surrounding area!!! I just sat at the speaker of the drive thru for 40 mins for shift change!!! Many cars left before I did but I eventually left. If you don’t spend a hour sitting there waiting on food then you’ll get your order either wrong or cold no in between. Wendy’s was my favorite place to eat and it has gone down hill tremendously! This isn’t my first bad experience there but it’ll be my last.

The Gadsden Wendy’s need a evening manager soon before the one they got causes them to shut down. She has anger issues very rude. Always running out of food. Who makes chili without meat? Then gets angry when the customers want there money back. I will not go back until she is gone. She actually used profanity toward me that’s how angry she was. She’s dark skinned big hair tons of makeup and chubby.
