Sonic Drive-in - Gadsden

Went waited in line because all had was a 20 dollar bill. couldn't get my food.They said the don't do 20 dollar bills Confused loss my time and no food .Wont go back terrible business.Need to close down if your not willing to service you customers????

Worst sonic I have ever been to I ordered my food and then instead of bringing it to me like a normal sonic they told me I had to drive around the drive threw to get it when I got my food my large French frie had only a handful of fries in it and theysaid they was trying to make them last my drink was in a milkshake container my cheesy hot dog was cold the cheese wasn't evenmelted the fries tasted like they was cooked the day before and the big black woman told me I had to pay in cash for ranch andhoney mustard if I wanted some why do I have to pay 2 dollar's a piece for a pack of honey mustard in cash never going back

The company must see that! She? ve got this poor girl on the window that works out her **** and managers sitting in a chair and watching his phone at his desk. I waited 30 minutes in the car thru! This girl ran around like crazy without help! He should be ashamed of himself update I called the company office and they will fix it! Bless her heart I hate seeing someone with authority like that!

Went by the ride for my lunchtime ordered my food came back to work, it was wrong, no big thing I thought I could call so they could fix it well I could call and spoke to a man who gave me a lot of attitude said he did it as it was on the screen I just wanted a number three with just Senf now I am still hungry at work
