I've eat KFC everywhere and has been the same taste, but Gadsden KFC is in a different world yuck!!!!

The hours needed to be updated for the East Gadsden KFC which is KFC and Taco Bell, it says that the hours of operation is from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. and that... read more The hours needed to be updated for the East Gadsden KFC which is KFC and Taco Bell, it says that the hours of operation is from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. and that is false the 1:00 a.m. is for Taco Bell and the closing hours for KFC that I've been told byone of the workers there is 9:00 pm for KFC. So I noticed that there was an update for the hours 2 weeks ago well they need toupdate it again and have separate hours for KFC and Taco Bell. It Says on the hours that KFC is open is from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00a.m. that's for Taco Bell. The hours for KFC is from 10:00 until 9:00 p.m., I had made an order for KFC at the East Gadsdenlocation and I thought that they meant KFC closes at 1:00 a.m. and I called the store and I had complained because I hadordered a 12 piece bucket meal and I was supposed to have six biscuits with my order and when I put my order in they were outand they told my Dasher that it was going to be 20 minutes for the biscuits to be done so they gave me six chocolate chipcookies for the substitution of the biscuits because they were out and it would have taken 20 minutes for those biscuits to getdone. So the hours of operation for the East Gadsden location needs to be updated again and they need separate hours for theKFC store and the Taco Bell because like I said it shows operation for that location is 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. for KFC and thatneeds to be changed thank you.

I was told that the area director was Michael treble and he only comes through when he wants to. This place needs to get it together it's not a goodrepresentation of Bill Byrd. Mr Bill has high standards and he wants his restaurants to operate better than what they're doing.This could really be a money-making restaurant I guess the manager doesn't realize are most of the money comes through thedrive-thru if you will move the drive-thru you will increase the sales. The employee should get off the telephone stop beingrude and disrespectful to the customers repeat the orders back to the customer and make sure that the orders are accurate. Theyare still good managers out there stop settling for less stop hiring just anybody because you need bodies in the store

I ordered 4 legs 4 thighs, a large mashed potatoes and gravy 2 large coleslaws. The sides were very good, but I received 2 chicken breasts which I didn'twant. All the chicken was dry, dry, dry. I'll be trying a different location. This was a big disappointment. It was supposed tobe a treat.

I have 3 pieces of dark meat, very greasy, not anywhere near what this place usually serves, potatoes smeared were terrible... my dog wouldn't even eat them. Very disappointed.
