Title: A Disappointing Experience at Gadsden's KFC
A recent dining experience at the Gadsden KFC has left patrons underwhelmed and frustrated. Customers frequently encounter long wait times, missing items, and inconsistent quality. The much-anticipated chicken often arrives overcooked and greasy, deviating markedly from the standard of other locations. Mismanaged orders, incorrect meat selections, and inadequately portioned sides further sour the experience, leaving diners feeling shortchanged for their money. Despite renovations, many are reconsidering future visits, opting instead for other locations. In a service industry where consistency is key, Gadsden's KFC appears to be struggling to meet customer expectations.

As you see my chalupa had no meat hardly and no cheese but few pieces you see and was so hard I just couldn't eat it I got a combo and I was unable to eat either one or the hard taco ,we got there an hour after they open and the store was nasty I had to clean off a booth to sit in I had to repeat my order 3 time ,my husband was unable to eat his food also I will not go back
The general manager at this place is terrible. the service is terrible, the driving time is terrible. I was told that the division director michael was treble and he only gets through when he wants to. this place must bring it together, it is not a good representation of bill byrd. mr bill has high standards and he wants its restaurants to work better than what they do. that could really be a money-worship restaurant, I think the manager is not clear, are most of the geld comes through the drive thru when they move the drive thru they increase the turnover. the employee should repeat from the phone stop rude and unrespective to the customers the orders back to the customers and make sure that the orders are correct. they are still good manager out there stop to regulate for less stop to rent just someone because they need body in the load
10/5 my mother I drove through this location to help celebrate her 95th birthday that day. I ordered 4 legs 4 thighs, a large mashed potatoes and gravy 2 large coleslaws. The sides were very good, but I received 2 chicken breasts which I didn't want. All the chicken was dry, dry, dry. I'll be trying a different location. This was a big disappointment. It was supposed to be a treat.
The chicken is always over cooked and it's dark and greasy. By no means is it tender. I think Gadsden is the worse original chicken. I've eat KFC everywhere and has been the same taste, but Gadsden KFC is in a different world yuck!!!!
The hours needed to be updated for the East Gadsden KFC which is KFC and Taco Bell, it says that the hours of operation is from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. and that is false the 1:00 a.m. is for Taco Bell and the closing hours for KFC that I've been told byone of the workers there is 9:00 pm for KFC. So I noticed that there was an update for the hours 2 weeks ago well they need toupdate it again and have separate hours for KFC and Taco Bell. It Says on the hours that KFC is open is from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00a.m. that's for Taco Bell. The hours for KFC is from 10:00 until 9:00 p.m., I had made an order for KFC at the East Gadsdenlocation and I thought that they meant KFC closes at 1:00 a.m. and I called the store and I had complained because I hadordered a 12 piece bucket meal and I was supposed to have six biscuits with my order and when I put my order in they were outand they told my Dasher that it was going to be 20 minutes for the biscuits to be done so they gave me six chocolate chipcookies for the substitution of the biscuits because they were out and it would have taken 20 minutes for those biscuits to getdone. So the hours of operation for the East Gadsden location needs to be updated again and they need separate hours for theKFC store and the Taco Bell because like I said it shows operation for that location is 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. for KFC and thatneeds to be changed thank you.
