I noticed this discrepancy while placing an order at the East Gadsden location. I mistakenly believed that KFC was open until 1:00 AM due to the incorrect information. I had ordered a 12-piece meal and was supposed to receive six cookies with my order. If I could have a chance to confirm my order again, I would appreciate it. What User doesn't like about Kfc:
I always have to wait a long time for dinner. The popcorn portion is huge, but it's only filled halfway. Given the price, I expect my money to be well spent, but it seems like there's not much effort put into it. I also had to go back for the sauces, which I had requested but they forgot about. I wanted to give this place another chance since they've renovated, but I think I’ll stick to the Attalla location for now. View all feedback.
The general manager at this place is terrible. the service is terrible, the driving time is terrible. I was told that the division director michael was treble and he only gets through when he wants to. this place must bring it together, it is not a good representation of bill byrd. mr bill has high standards and he wants its restaurants to work better than what they do. that could really be a money-worship restaurant, I think the manager is not clear, are most of the geld comes through the drive thru when they move the drive thru they increase the turnover. the employee should repeat from the phone stop rude and unrespective to the customers the orders back to the customers and make sure that the orders are correct. they are still good manager out there stop to regulate for less stop to rent just someone because they need body in the load
As you see my chalupa had no meat hardly and no cheese but few pieces you see and was so hard I just couldn't eat it I got a combo and I was unable to eat either one or the hard taco ,we got there an hour after they open and the store was nasty I had to clean off a booth to sit in I had to repeat my order 3 time ,my husband was unable to eat his food also I will not go back
10/5 my mother I drove through this location to help celebrate her 95th birthday that day. I ordered 4 legs 4 thighs, a large mashed potatoes and gravy 2 large coleslaws. The sides were very good, but I received 2 chicken breasts which I didn't want. All the chicken was dry, dry, dry. I'll be trying a different location. This was a big disappointment. It was supposed to be a treat.
Went through the drive thru almost 20 minutes ago ordered the family feast for $25.99 just to get 6 hard biscuits that felt like they had been cooked at 2pm, my 3 large sides was basically a small in the container, and to top it off I call to speak with management and she has the audacity to ask me do I want to bring the sides back and they replace them! What about the rest of my food that’s hot while I’m coming back for some sides that should’ve been fixed right the first time. Poor management and poor customer service I will be calling corporate that was very unfair and unprofessional need better work ethics.
Ordered 3 pc all white meat, came with 1 side. Got 3 pcs dark meat, very greasy, not anywhere near what this location usually serves, mashed potatoes were awful... my dog wouldn't even eat them. Very disappointed.
