What Penny Burkett likes about Jack's:
My food was NOT cooked the way I requested and when I took it back to the manager for the second time he got REALLY rude with me in front of other customers. He got my food right nor did he offer to refund my money. As long as this man is the manager of that store and treats customers like that,you will lose a lot of customers. I went this morning and was given the wrong order, I went back and called because the line was long and the woman acted rude and didn't want to send anyone out to give me the right order.
