Was Penny Burkett at Jack's a mag?
My food was NOT cooked the way I requested and when I took it back to the manager for the second time he got REALLY rude with me in front of other customers. He got my food right nor did he offer to refund my money. As long as this man is the manager of that store and treats customers like that,you will lose a lot of customers. I visited this morning and received the wrong order. When I returned to address the issue, the line was long, and the woman at the counter was quite rude, refusing to send anyone out with the correct order. After some time, they finally brought me the right food, but it was wrong again. Jack's in Hokes Bluff is always great! We usually go in the morning, but anytime we go the food and service is great and it's never overcrowded. Good place to sit down and have a good meal with family or friends ?.

I really enjoy Jacks food,I will continue to eat at Jack's just not this one.
Stopped by this morning on my way to Birmingham. Went inside because drive through was to crowded, in a hurry I placed a small simple order to go… I ordered a sausage biscuit add cheese, a sausage biscuit was taken out from under the warmer (where they had premade 10+ of 5 or 6 different type biscuits to place under the warmer, to have “ready”… a cold slice of cheese was placed on an already cold biscuit! I got bk out to my car, realized this had to go bk in, then they placed it into the microwave and over heated it!!! NASTY!!!!
