While the food is good and the service is decent, the accuracy leaves much to be desired.

I ordered 2 mocha iced coffees, the first was great, I took a drink of the second got a mouth full of coffee grounds. When I got home I tried to strain the coffee grounds from it, there were so many grounds it was impossible to get them out. I understand there being a few grounds in coffee but not that many. Who ever made my iced coffee should have seen the grounds when they poured it. I will not come back and will not recommend this Jack's to anyone.

If you're in a hurry, I wouldn't recommend stopping by. They have consistently gotten my orders wrong. The food is good, and the service is fair, but the accuracy leaves a lot to be desired.
