The Firehouse sub in East Gadsden has some exceptional workers. They work together and make the customers feel welcome .Me and my husband were in there Saturday July 2 and it was a great experience. View all feedback.
What Marques Donnelly doesn't like about Firehouse Subs Gadsden Al:
I would give it zero stars if that were an option, but since it's not, I'll settle for one. Don't waste your time here! Two out of our three sandwiches were incorrect. The woman at the counter was rude, so I didn't bother correcting her. We’re just really frustrated and won't be returning. View all feedback.
The atmosphere was very comfortable, and clean. It was nice that they brought our orders to the table instead of calling out our name. Everything was fresh, warm, and correctly made. My favorite is the Hook Ladder. It's just a classic! Fresh turkey ham, with or without cheese all the fixings, soooo good! The Corned Beef is in it's own league! Nobody makes one like FirehouseSubs. All that gooey cheesy goodness, just yummy. I usually order large sandwiches so I will have extra to bring home for later.Just that good!
Bread was stale, order wrong, and the employees seemed like they hated their lives and everyone in them. Did not feel welcome in there. The only thing they did right was put plenty of meat and toppings on my sandwich but the taste of that was overcome bythe taste and texture of stale white bread. I will try again someday, it may have just been a bad day to go in.
Only one star because ZERO stars wasn't an option... Dont waste your time! 2 of our 3 sandwiches were wrong. Lady at the counter was rude so I didn't send them back. Thankfully we were just passing thru and won't be back.
I really can?t comprehend how difficult it is to read a screen and prepare a limited selection of sandwich?s. It?s a joke to charge $45 for some bread and lunch meat and not be competent enough to do it correctly. Something is always wrong here?
I can't grasp how challenging it seems to read a screen and prepare a small selection of sandwiches. It's ridiculous to charge $45 for just a few slices of bread and lunch meat, and it feels like they can't even get it right. Is there always an issue?
