We’re from Texas and my Mom lives in Hokes Bluff, we had read about Cothran’s and stopped by to get my wife a Birthday while we are here visiting. We got a Chocolate on Chocolate cake and it was sooooo good! We also got some doughnuts and they were yummy too! We’ll be back for sure! The cake is almost gone! View all feedback.

This place has amazing selections of donuts and pastries and I love them …. But the bad thing bout it, is that they do not use thong to grab the donuts. They are using paper which it doesn’t matter, but the fact that the employees when they’re picking up the donuts from the tray, they actually touched the donuts. This bakery is conveniently located and offers a selection of small, clean pastries including fresh donuts, cupcakes, bonbons, and biscuits. Their beautiful cakes are also available. I tried a few items and found the filled chocolates to be heavenly, and the scones were also delicious. Everything was very fresh, had an excellent texture, and melted in my mouth. The staff was quick and courteous, and the prices were competitive.
This place has the best donuts I have ever tasted. They are even better than Shipley's, which I loved as a child. Cothran's is now my family's go-to spot, and the donuts just melt in your mouth. They have kept the same delicious recipe.
The best doughnuts are always found here. They are consistently fresh and delicious. The service is friendly and quick.
Conveniently located. Small clean bakery full of fresh made filled, covered and glazed donuts, prepackaged cupcakes, candies and cookies. Beautiful cakes ready made. I just popped in to grab a few, the chocolate filled are heavenly, and the cream filled are a great choice too. Very fresh, excellent texture, melt in your mouth wonderful. The staff was prompt and courteous and the prices were competitive.
Absolutely the BEST donuts ever made. It was Shipley s when I was a kid. Cothrans is family I think. But they kept the same recipe a d they will literally melt in your mouth
