El Pollo Loco - g Hills Estates

The chicken and avocado burrito is good. Prices are ok. The interior is clean and inviting at this location. I tried the fitness bowl. The quality of the lettuce did not live up to expectations set by the Pollo loco TV commercials. The grilled chicken was quite OK.

Great service and to my surprise, the new menu item(tortilla soup) was extremely tasty and the serving portion was very generous. It's a must try!

This place is extremely busy however, they took the time to separate well done chicken from regularly done chicken for me. I have to say excellent customer service here. I ordered the family dinner 8 piece and it was delicious. Fresh food, soft tortillas moist chicken and wonderful tortilla soup. Parking is difficult in this restaurant does not have a drive-through. It's worth the wait to get a parking place and go in and get food.

All franchise restaurants are not created equal, however this is without a doubt one of the best El Pollo Loco restaurants in the area! Food is cooked to perfection. Employees(Norma and Blanca and the cooks) greet you with a smile and are always professional. They are the best!!! All of management is good, but I must admit, I miss Mike. He always remembered the customer names! Its nice!
