Description

Crust is a bustling spot where locals flock for delicious baked goods and pastries. The sausage rolls are a standout, almost reaching the level of the best in Sydney. The service is efficient despite the constant crowds, making for a pleasant experience. The sourdough rye bread and coffee are highly recommended. Takeaway is preferred due to limited seating, but the quality of the offerings at Crust make it worth a visit for a quick snack or meal.

Obsessed with their $1 bread sticks and it goes really well with coffee after my morning market shop. I've had their mocha a couple of times now and every single time it has been sickly sweet so it isn't the best compared to other mochas in the area but also isn't the worst either. Takeaway is best as there is limited seating available.

I guess what drew me to this place was my craving for a sausage roll... and also the fact this place drew a decent crowd of hungry patrons waiting for bread and pastries to takeaway. I've sampled their sausage roll and a pepper steak pie... which both was actually above average. The sausage roll was almost as good as any you'd find on Sydney's top sausage roll list. It doesn't have any fancy schmancy ingredients but it's just executed so well. Everything just melts in your mouth and the sausage roll is always piping hot. The pie was decent. The pastry was a bit soggy but can be forgiven as the flavours were quite nice. The customer service is quite prompt despite there not being any proper order or line when ordering. I love this little nook of shops tucked away from plain sight. It's nice to just sneak there during my lunch breaks for a quick snack... or two...

Super nice sour dough rye. Excellent service given the mountain of people who are waiting in line. The places seems to be packed every time I go there. The baguettes are very good. Great coffee and very nice staff. Highly recommended.

The week trip to crust left us feeling this morning as if our patronage was a serious job: aggressive refusal to warm up a child's milk, pack a brownie and grissini meant that we had a soggy grissini. Service person can be very good the owner, but they should never serve. terrifying!

Obsessed with her $1 broth sticks and it's really good with coffee after my morning market business. I already had a few times her mocha and every time he was sick, it is not the best in comparison to other mochas in the opposite, but also not the worst. takeaway is best because there are limited seating options.
