I've been dining here for years, and I consistently receive excellent service and enjoy delicious food. I highly recommend it!

But do I really need to share my previous experience in front of other customers just to guarantee a satisfactory visit? I believe every customer who walks through your door deserves to be treated well and receive a satisfying meal, not just me. If you were doing things right in line with your prices, we wouldn't even be having this conversation. And we both know it can be tough to address issues in front of others, but many people tend to let things slide. It's a shame, really.
