Breakfast in Morrisons New Brighton Oh dear asked for no beans and tomato had to send back as it came with them, then sent back again as stone cold even the gir... read more Breakfast in Morrisons New Brighton Oh dear asked for no beans and tomato had to send back as it came with them, then sent back again as stone cold even the girl who took the order said same ,,the toast was just warm bread in fact the toast was warmer than the breakfast got a refund at the customer service desk and the Lady said to her colleague this seems to be a regular thing from the cafe a lot of refunds !!!!! This reflected on my food shop as didn’t do one never mind plenty of other places to go

Went to have a quick something to eat with my dad.Looked at the menu which looked old and lack of choice.Ordered my meal and was told they didn't have it so ord... read more Went to have a quick something to eat with my dad.Looked at the menu which looked old and lack of choice.Ordered my meal and was told they didn't have it so ordered something else.Picked up pot of tea and a mug which was dirty.Picked up knifes and forks and nearly was sick as they were all filthy and caked in food.I quickly washed them under the boiling water.Waited for food which was cold.Couldnt be bothered telling anyone because staff weren't interested as it was nearly closing .Left all the food..disgusting.Tables and floor dirty.The whole place needs jet washing its gross.Wouldnt go back.

We ordered cold drinks, sandwiches, custard, and a bottle of water to take in the car. There was no one at the till initially, and the ladies' toilet was closed. The disabled toilet smelled terrible, which was disgraceful.

It was covered in breakfast residue and beans, which was absolutely disgusting. This place should be shut down immediately.
