I used to be a fan of Chilli Hut, but after ordering tonight for the first time in a while, I was extremely disappointed. The pizza base was terrible and my partner's food was also not good. They even got our order wrong. Upon further research online, I found out that the company was dissolved in February 2022, yet they are still operating under the same name. The food was so bad that I will not be returning to this restaurant.
The food arrived at a good temperature, but the meals were missing cans of coke. Additionally, I paid extra for cheese on the fries, but they came plain. I requested sauce and red salt on some of the meals in the comments box, but they all came plain. Despite these issues, the food was overall good.
I can't tell if the food I ordered is meant for humans or not. It doesn't look very appetizing but I'm not willing to find out. The chips also seem to be shaped in a strange square form for some reason.
As I waited for my own meal, I watched one member of staff preparing four burgers. He had just handled cash from a previous customer but, without washing his hands, placed all four burgers in the buns with his bare hands. He continued doing the same with the next order after handling my own cash payment. Unacceptable at the best of times but with virus raging???? (And the food wasn't at all nice.
I order a pizza and it arrived brunt way over cooked on calling this company the guy argued with me and told me that’s how they serve them he refused to refund or exchange me Too much mayo on the chips and missed chilli off also I asked to speak to the manager or owner but was told he is not there and will call me anther day Defo not worth the attitude of this guy he clearly knew the bad quality pizza he had cooked but sent it out anyway Disgusting worst experience ever this was my first time using them and will be my last
