Recently, I ordered a s... read more This Panera has the sweetest and most helpful staff! My food is always delicious and fresh, and the employees create a great atmosphere. Recently, I ordered a smoothie through the drive-thru and accidentally spilled it on myself when the employee handed it to me. She not only provided me with napkins and a bag to clean up, but she also made me a new smoothie for free without me even asking! This is just one of the many amazing experiences I have had here. They are fantastic!

Despite receiving texts a... read more The past few times I have ordered curbside pickup, I have had to wait 15-20 minutes before giving up and going inside to get my order. Despite receiving texts and emails saying my order is ready, it never actually is when I go inside. Each time I am given a different excuse, like not enough staff or problems with the system. There is never an apology for the inconvenience, as if this is just the norm. What's the point of offering curbside pickup if it's not efficient?

Parking is also horrendous. This in turn forces you to go thru the driveway which as I said earlier ishorrendous. The only other thing is that if you're out of something I thought at least a sign for people would be the firstthing by the driveway but that's on them I guess. If you want good food I'd order for pickup, drive across the way, and walk toPanera bread. You'd have to watch out for traffic and they didn't build anything for people but if you park south of saidrestaurant if there ain't a spot your set.
