Cook-out - Fuquay-Varina

Jr tablet is a lot. The burgers are delicious and cooked to order. The nuggets are good and my coke has been perfectly carbonized. The Pommes were not so good. I wish they would get a new supplier for it. The line moved very slowly and also learned that the credit card machine was broken, thank God we had cash because you did not return from the line. We have been informed that when we use a card, we go all the way through the line and into the other line. All in all, their food is delicious and the milkshakes are absolutely the best!

Cooking was always a place I look forward to getting a burger. But this time when I ordered them to have a little messed up the order and gave us more food than we ordered, but when we realized it was too late. I would say that the staff was very friendly and good service.

I was in town my father like I visited every year. we always go out to this cook.. The staff is amazing and super friendly. I didn't get the girl's name she was working on the window, but she always makes sure you have everything and everything you need. Eating is on the point and never despise me.

I'm not from this area, but I need to get my parents something to eat and they like this establishment. I took them there and Miss. Briana was very rude would not let me order cut me off, and you can see they didn't fix the food right.I had to go backbecause they left out the onionrings. It was cold and the sweet Tea was water no flavor at all would not recommend this locationat all.

I love cook out and normally things are great but recently the customer service and order accuracy has really fallen. I went through the drive through and the order taker cut me off before I finished speaking to ask if I wanted anything else. I let itgo and just went to pay for my food. They seemed less than excited to serve me. I parked in the lot to eat my lunch and thennoticed my sandwich was not right. I took it to the window to show what was wrong. The woman was really snappy and short with meabout the food being wrong. They gave me a new sandwich and it was also wrong. I had already gone back to my car and just ate itbecause I didn't want to go back and talk to that woman again since she gave me such a hard time the first time. I just feltlike they were annoyed I was even trying to purchase food there. Overall a really negative experience. I am hesitant to returnif people treat me like this regardless of the taste of the food at the end of the day.
