Bojangles' Famous Chicken Biscuits

The food was fantastic, but I'm a bit disappointed that the rice was not family-sized as I had paid for. Everything else was as I had ordered.

I do not recommend ordering from this Bojangles location. The kitchen staff seems to lack basic cooking skills, as my biscuit came out overcooked and dry, resembling fried breading rather than a proper biscuit. The bo-tato rounds were more like charred lumps than edible food. This isn’t a one-time issue; they frequently overcook, undercook, and mix up ingredients. This used to be my favorite place to order from, but in the past year, their hiring decisions have been truly disappointing. They really need to either improve their staff or reconsider their operations, as this level of quality is simply unacceptable.

They keep adding pickles even though the order clearly specifies not to include them.

I ordered the 4-piece Chicken Supremes Dinner, but I was disappointed with the quality of the chicken. It was quite chewy and seemed undercooked. I ended up just eating the sides and the biscuit. Since I placed my order late, around 8:30, I wasn’t entirely surprised by the outcome, but I was still let down, especially considering that the total through DoorDash came to over $30.
