Top-class appetizers (Mackerel on toast and shrimp in garlic and coriander). The main tuna was excellent with Madeira speciality bread with tomatoes and garlic, wine. Red snapper with shrimps in ginger and lime sauce with rice was nice, but perhaps it was lacking spices or taste depth. Great service and the Amuse Bouche was a nice touch.
