I used the app to order and also used my rewards for a double cheeseburger which I thought would be added to my order when I got to the drive thru window I was handed my order without my double that I used my rewards for the lady at the drive thru window asked someone else how to do this and I heard the other lady say he will have to order something else I said I just ordered this and thought it would be included and she would not help at all she said I would have to order more to get my rewards so I just lost it because it had to be used also my fries were cold but I knew there would be no reason going back after that
