It's a fast food chain, so you can't really expect exceptional service or food. Customer service has definitely taken a backseat these days. While enjoying my French fries, I noticed they had an unusual taste—clearly someone decided it was a good idea to clean the fryers during cooking. The food is consistently fresh, and the service is quick. I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4.
