Quaint, eclectic, nice, clean, and the people are beyond hospitable. We will be back.
This hotel is a great little secret. The menu has a great variety of selections. Rooms are very nice and the prices are a bargain in today's economy. For reunions, receptions, or just a romantic getaway, the Meadows is the place in Western Kentucky. It is a jewel in the city of Fulton, KY and South Fulton, TN.
I made a reservation and it stormed for a full day before I tried to get there. I tried five roads to get to the hotel and all were flooded. The Governor declared the area a disaster area. The hotel still charged me for the room even though I couldn't get into town. Very uncooperative and poor customer service.
The most gorgeous hotel I have ever been to.The rooms were absolutely gorgeous, but the most memorable part of the hotel was the beds.I have never slept in a bed as comfortable as this ine was. It was cool to the touch, and I felt like I sunk into it beautifully, yet was so supported by it. The pillows were the perfect amount of support. I had the best sleep of my life.I stayed at Hampton Inn the next day and the beds at the Hampton felt so stiff and just plain generic feeling. I usually love the Hampton Inn, but after staying at Meadow Inn, it made the Hampton feel so... Meh. They are both similar price points, too.My fiancé and I came after driving 5 fours from Ohio. We found this place at around 4 in the morning. We probably looked so crazy, as we walked up to the locked door, but the receptionist was so welcoming. Her dog Zola came and greeted us too. Zola was a super sweet and well-mannered dog, and her owner was just so warm. The lady told us a little about the history of the Inn while she checked us in.This place was certainly amazing.
