We have been visiting Ray's Grill for our holiday dinners for many years, but this year was a far cry from what we've experienced in the past. We were extremely disappointed. There was a noticeable lack of attention to detail in both the ambiance and dining experience. The warm welcome we usually receive was absent, there were no table linens or decorations, no warm bread served, and overall, it felt like a subpar experience. The food was good, but it didn't reach the exceptional level we've come to expect over the years. This will be our family's last year including Ray's Grill in our holiday celebrations, which is truly regrettable.

Food serving size, very good, X-Mas eve crowd, extremely busy, appeared short handed, but overall experience very good !
