We have been visiting Ray's Grill for Christmas Eve for many years, but this year fell far short of our previous experiences, and we are extremely disappointed.... read more We have been visiting Ray's Grill for Christmas Eve for many years, but this year fell far short of our previous experiences, and we are extremely disappointed. There was a noticeable lack of attention to detail that impacted the ambiance and overall dining experience. For instance, we weren't warmly greeted, there were no tablecloths or decorations, hot bread was not offered, and the experience overall was below average. While the food was good, it did not stand out like it has in the past. This will be the last year our family includes Ray's Grill in our holiday celebrations, which is truly unfortunate.
