Not only is food very good, it is bluffing to find a Japanese restaurant in a chalet named coucou :-) but the service is very welcoming and helpful. I asked for a gas-free apple juice that the restaurant did not offer, 2 days later they had extended their offer to the gas-free apple juice!In the Swiss gastronomy the customer orientation is lost, bravo to the sushi coucou to make it live! place to test if you don't know yet
