Fantastic people work
I usually go for pick up and they are on time. Food is always hot and taste good. Waiters are helpful and friendly.
Poor management. We went there on my brother's birthday with his ID and the app . The management made zero effort to help us figure out how to get the birthday gift that's offered. I get we needed something to scan but I don't work there I need help to understand what she needs us to do instead of just saying no.

Pretty average Wingstop. Usually get a 10 piece of either lemon pepper, mild or garlic parmesan. Nothing really stands out except for the weird harassing security in the parking lot that kept asking me if I was going to eat here. I guess they do that to prevent students from parking here for the college across the street.

When I tried to cancel my order due to the long wait, the staff insisted that my food was almost ready and wouldn’t let me cancel. I reluctantly decided to wait an extra 5 minutes for my meal. Unfortunately, when I finally got it, the order was completely incorrect. I had ordered garlic parmesan wings and hot lemon pepper, but instead received wings with no seasoning and buffalo wings. I paid $16 for a 35-minute wait and the wrong order. While the staff were very nice, the long wait and incorrect food was unacceptable. I honestly feel that I deserve some form of compensation for this frustrating lunch experience.
You can't go wrong with Wingstop. I really enjoy their seasoned fries.

I placed my order and ended up waiting 30 minutes for it to be ready, which is the entire length of my break. There were only three other customers in the restaurant at the time. When I tried to follow up with the staff, I was met with reluctance, and they insisted it would be ready soon, refusing to let me cancel my order. After waiting another five minutes, my food finally arrived, but it was completely incorrect.
