I waited 30 minutes for my order, while others who had ordered before me already received their meals. When my dishes finally arrived, they were cold. Because of this experience, I won't be coming back. It seems like there's a lack of proper priority management. View all feedback.
When I tried to cancel my order due to the long wait, the staff insisted that my food was almost ready and wouldn’t let me cancel. I reluctantly decided to wait an extra 5 minutes for my meal. Unfortunately, when I finally got it, the order was completely incorrect. I had ordered garlic parmesan wings and hot lemon pepper, but instead received wings with no seasoning and buffalo wings. I paid $16 for a 35-minute wait and the wrong order. While the staff were very nice, the long wait and incorrect food was unacceptable. I honestly feel that I deserve some form of compensation for this frustrating lunch experience.
I usually go for pick up and they are on time. Food is always hot and taste good. Waiters are helpful and friendly.

Fantastic people work
Poor management. We went there on my brother's birthday with his ID and the app . The management made zero effort to help us figure out how to get the birthday gift that's offered. I get we needed something to scan but I don't work there I need help to understand what she needs us to do instead of just saying no.
