Dine in or takeout, the food, especially their salsa imo, isawesome. There is a dedicated parking stall for pickup orders near the entrance. If it's not available there are lots of otherspaces in the large shared parking lot near Target. Please do not park along the red curb area which is for emergency vehicleuse only and not for your convenience to park and pickup.

I asked three dif... read more I had lunch at Super Mex yesterday, and the service was very disappointing. My order was wrong, and there were no refills for chips or drinks. I asked three different staff members for more salsa, and only after a while did a seemingly annoyed woman leave some on our table. Meanwhile, other customers nearby received chip and drink refills and salsa within minutes. Our waiter only checked on us right before presenting the bill. Overall, the service was poor, and after being loyal customers for years, my family and I have decided not to return.

Years ago, I searched for the best wet chicken burrito in town, and Super Mex still takes the crown. Whenever I’m near Target around happy hour, I always stop by to enjoy a couple of margaritas before shopping. The menu offers great options that keep me coming back.
