Ever since they switched to those awful herbal teas, I hadn’t visited a Dunkin' Donuts in quite some time. But in a moment of need, I stopped by and was glad to find it!

The place feels very cheap. They initially gave me a drink filled mostly with ice until I asked them to redo it. I would avoid this location.

It feels like they simply heat up frozen ones instead of serving fresh products.

I had a seriously disappointing experience at this restaurant. It took 25 minutes for my coffee to arrive, and I noticed the staff vaping inside the restaurant. The managers appeared completely uninterested in the situation, simply standing by as I left without my order. They heard my complaints but didn’t respond at all. I won’t be coming back, and I plan to advise everyone I know to steer clear as well. I hope that $3 they earned from me was worth it.
