I order Phở Bò (beef nu... read more I will start by saying that I frequently travel to Vietnam. Whenever I’m in fulda, this is genuinely the first place I will come to eat. I order Phở Bò (beef nuddeln and broth) every time. I am not exaggerating when I say it is incredibly delicious, rejuvenating and personally my favourite place to eat in Fulda.

Overall, you get exactly what you'd expect from a takeaway. Perfectly fine for a quick meal.

I ordered number 34 – chicken... read more My Experience – Unfortunately Disappointing I thought I 'd try the food there to see if it really was as good as many people say. I ordered number 34 – chicken with fried noodles and peanut sauce – and for my partner, number 35, the same version but with duck. When the order was ready, however, I received number 35 twice. Why – no idea. I then tried to explain that it wasn 't my order. Unfortunately, the staff reacted quite annoyed. I went back afterwards to clear up the misunderstanding. Apparently, there was a problem with communication or mutual understanding. About the food itself: As I suspected – unfortunately, it was more show than substance. The fried noodles were only lightly seasoned and rather bland in taste. They reminded me more of spaetzle with sauce, although actually, only the sauce added any flavor. The chicken was good though Tip: Don 't order the spicy sauce, it 's quite slightly salty and barely spicy. My conclusion: It would be better to stick with the original Black Pearl concept instead of offering additional food. There 's still room for improvement.
