Although, you need to call to reserve a table before going because they are usually full. You have a wide selection of dishes and drinks to choose which is really nice and the prices are only from 700-1500yen (more or less) .

Great atmosphere, small and picturesque. If you look too close, it was never cleaned or dusted in 10 years. It is also a small place and for some stupid reason the owner can smoke. I guess he sees it as izakaya, but not much alcohol selection, and the true draw is the food and the crazy selection of dishes. These places have so many dishes it blowing my mind that he hid all the ingredients in his tiny kitchen. Mexican, Vietnamese, Japanese, Thai. Many mergers. Too much to the list here. Coupons also if you go on a weekday! Coupons in Japan?! Also the only place where I could ever find fried mollusc cancers in Japan. And every dish is affordable from 400 to 700 yen. Just order a few dishes for yourself. half a dozen for the table and everyone can try a ton of different things.
