I was told, Muginawaya in Fukui City is one of the best in Fukui prefecture. So I had to try. Even before the opening at 11 the waiting list was long. At the end, I was able to press at 11:30. I ordered their recommended Shoyu Chinese Soba rays for 820 ¥ and added an aromatized egg for 100 ¥. Not bad yet... The chefs really took their time to make every part, take care of each bowl.
