I had ordered the “Happy Meal” that consisted of couscous with sweet potato cherry and a garlic dimmer. all super fresh especially delicious the smoothies are also recommended. the only thing that still has potential for improvement is the matcha latte, as the matcha powder was unfortunately still a little bit lumpy, but the restaurant is a big recommended! What User doesn't like about Happy Cactus:
I ordered a burger which was just okay, but had really nice homemade sweet potato normal potato fries Also had the chocolate mousse for dessert which was really good! The waitresses there seemed to never make eye contact with me so I sometimes needed to go to the counter to make a request or order something else. Good food and cosy place Updated from previous review on 2023-01-07
Came here when we visited El Cotillo. Food made fresh daily, so although the menu was small, you can eat here every day without repetition. Had the burger and it was huge. However, it was so delicious, I ate the whole and had to walk 2 hours before I returned for a chai tea with oat milk. Service was wonderful and I would recommend to come here.
Popped in for lunch. There were four Happy Meals to choose from plus 3-4 starters, and about four dessert options, also a couple of Specials. The drinks menu we were interested in was for juices, I had the beetroot, apple and orange while B had the grapefruit, orange and ginger. We went straight for the mains and ordered Happy Meal 2 which was a salad bowl, and Happy Meal 4 the seitan in red wine sauce with turmeric cauliflower and polenta. Huge portions and oh so delicious. I had to take some of my seitan meal for take out. The cafe space is good also with tables outside shaded and protected from the wind by a couple of strategically placed sails. Toilets are available. Friendly and happy service. Would love to eat there again.
Worth a visit. The food isn 't only tasty, but whole and healthy too. Both the burger and happy meal are recommended. They have GF options. The mains and the sauces are quite indulgent. They have a selection of desserts which I didn 't try. Booking may be necessary.
