We passed this local eatery on an evening stroll through the park. We thought to have a drink but decided to eat. We sat on the front terrace. The menu was very typical of the area and it also had an good wine selection. Service by the young staff was friendly and efficient. Although my Italian is almost zero the staff has some English and we managed well. I had a nice aperitivo aperol spritz which was very nice. We had some local antipasti and decided on salmon and a fillet steak with pepper sauce both cooked to perfection followed by a very delicious and light version of traditional tiramisu and coffee. Quality of service very good food also high standard service also very good. We did not book so we were lucky on Thursday evening to get a table for two. It was obviously very popular with local of Fucecchio.
My Family of 5 was famished after travelling from San Diego, CA to Tuscany. We were recommended Ristorante Corsini and it was amazing. First, the staff was attentive and caring, making certain that our limited knowledge of the Italian Language was enhanced by their tutelage. Second, the staff was very good with always making sure our glasses and plates were full and the way we liked it. The food was delicious we had the Margarita Pizza, the antipasto that consisted of many cured meats and spreads with crustinis, and the Filet Mignon with baby arugula and tomatoes. All the food was outstanding. Lastly, the atmosphere was fantastic. When we arrived there was only one other couple enjoying their dinner. By the time we left the vast patio was full with a myriad of beautiful people enjoying life, great food and drink, and the family atmosphere Corsini welcomes. All with the backdrop of the sun setting behind Tuscany's majestic rolling hills. It was amazing for my Wife and I to experience this with our kids who are visiting Italy for the first time. We are looking forward to coming back to Tuscany and Ristorante Corsini every year.
We finally found somewhere to eat in Fuccechio, and came across this place. Staying local, we needed a place to walk too and we found this little gem. The food menu was typical Italian cuisine, and as we were hungry, we decided to go for Pizza. The table next to us had a Gourmet Pizza- and it looked that good, I had to try it. As you can see from the image, this Pizza had no tomato- but plenty of flavour thanks to the mortadella, pistachio and the mozzarella- and the cheese, it was delicious. We also ordered the diavola Pizza- and although it was supposed to be spicy- it wasn't too spicy so you couldn't taste the fantastic tomato base, matched well with the sausage and salami. T9 complete this we had some Fries- which were well seasoned and tasty and crisp, accompanied with the house white wine, which was very easy to drink. The service was very quick, and they made us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend!
A charming and welcoming place, perfect for any occasion. The menu ranges from appetizers to pizza to fish: there's a little bit of everything, and it's all truly excellent! The waitresses are kind, helpful, and super attentive. Highly recommended for groups and large dinners!
