Special experience, but very positive. I tasted the pigeons for the first time and I was surprised positively by the taste. Friendly environment and exquisite family management. Very recommended.

In the midst of a prefestive we found ourselves semicasually in the area. Needing to have lunch, but finding ourselves close to the suggestive marsh of Padule di Fucecchio we were a little losing hopes of finding someone who welcomed us.... The place is small and moves by reservation. It is a Farmhouse among whose peculiarities is the breeding of excellent pigeons. To follow we tried a bit of “exceptional” lard with excellent bread of their production fon some good local salami, cheeses and artichokes. To follow ravioli of potatoes with a very successful “ensamble” of brown onions. To close a tart of berries and a “goccino” of laurel liqueur. Modified account. Beyond all expectations. Putroppo we are not in the area, but if we return we will definitely try their kitchen deeper with the necessary reservation.
