What Laura Lopez doesn't like about Cold Stone Creamery:
I have tried to go here twice and it is always either closed during open hours or only the drive threw is open. This time I went at 5pm on a Friday, doors were locked only one worker inside. You once again lost my business because there is no point going here if I can't see the ice cream or topings. I just went to Meijer across the street and bought my own tub of ice cream again. I know everything is undstaffed these... View all feedback.

Really rude staff. Would not let us sample a ice cream flavor….you’ve got to be kidding me! I love cold stone, but I will not be returning to this location.

You once again lost my business because there is no point going here if I can't see the ice cream or topings. I just went to Meijer across the street and bought my own tub of ice cream again. I know everything is undstaffed these days but if these companies dont start paying better then these places will all go out of business. Get with the times, pay better or just hurry up and go under already.
The ice cream was fantastic. ordering the ice cream took me a few minutes to figure out, though.
The attitude of the staff was very unwelcoming especially the girl in training. We came in well before closing time and were treated like we were an inconvenience. Probably going to Culvers next time. They are always friendly.
