I stopped in for an early lunch a bit before 11 am. The person behind the counter got really angry when I asked for lunch before 11. I told them I would come back a little bit later but she said they would make the food anyway and acted all mad at me. The food was fairly good but the attitude of the employee is a deal breaker for me and I will never go back.
I couldn't say much about the atmosphere because I went through drive through. But I always do feel slightly rushed when I go through drive thru- I understand that they are being timed.. But I also feel like there's more professional ways to ask customers questions. (I used to work for an arbys)I also don't think that the quality of the food is as good as it used to be but their shakes are still as good as I remember
The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. We received the wrong order, with stale buns and only half an order of fries—essentially, the food was subpar. When we brought it to their attention, they promised to make it right with a complimentary meal, but when we returned, they only agreed to replace one sandwich and the fries. They claimed they never offered a full meal, just replacements. We decided to leave the food and won't be returning. Disappointed with this Arby's!
