Premier Inn Frome - Feedback

What Paul Roper likes about Premier Inn Frome:
Our particular room was not up to the standard we usually receive when visiting Premier Inns. Black mould around the window frames, a toilet seat that was too small for the base, a floor that creaks at every step and not fully serviced. The staff are friendly helpful. Literally the worst night I have ever spent in a hotel They warned us up front they didn't have aircon, OK. But they said a fan would be provided and the windows opened. This is a lie. The windows open 1-2 inches maximum, so the fan is useless and when I left at 5:15am (missing the breakfast I had paid for), the room was still an unbearable 29c inside even though it had rained and was a pleasant 18c outside.
