Castello - Frome

I can't blame castellos for having eaten regularly there in the last 2 years and never had a bad experience. whether they are a couple, small group or 20, they will get amazing food served with a smile. really nice experience. we tried the rest, but always come to the best!

We've eaten here plenty of times and every meal has been amazing. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Frome.

I thought the calzone was amazing! And the prawns. But how in god's name did you make such a bland spaghetti Bolognese? The Mrs was not happy at all and forced me to try it. It really was terrible. She wouldn't send it back. Her loss

Italian food nicely plated in very acceptable time. Tasty too. Friendly amenable service. One of us asked for a starter not on the menu and they made it happen in such a kindly manner. So pleased we went there for our Italian . There is some on street parking to be had. The restaurant appears to be on 3 levels. We left Castello after our enjoyable meal with a warm feel good feeling. :

Absolutely outstanding meal. Fantastic service a really wonderful, friendly ambience. I had the Saltimbocca it was the best I've ever eaten. Highly recommended.
