I put in a mobile order for counter pickup because I was in a hurry and when I arrived the dining room was closed and the drive through had 17 cars piled up. I had no choice but to abandon the food I paid for due to time. After 30 minutes on hold on the phone trying to get a refund I had to give up. What a joke! Management should be ashamed!
