While it might not be peak ski season, which could explain why they have more time to maintain the cleanliness, I'm still very impressed. The food was served almost immediately, and the staff were friendly as well.

The staff is consistently friendly, and the dining area and restrooms are always very clean. Soda bag still standing in the puddle of soda next to a soaked chicken bucket bag. Not cool!!!!
