Description

Nestled in a cozy corner of the resort, this restaurant boasts an enticing menu and a warm ambiance. Diners rave about the delicious offerings, particularly the French toast and lattes, which have garnered high praise for their quality and taste. While the service received mixed reviews—ranging from friendly and attentive to occasionally lackluster—the restaurant's dedication to providing a welcoming atmosphere shines through. Frustrations regarding reservation accuracy and inconsistent service during busy periods have been noted, yet many are eager for its reopening, confidently recommending it for both breakfast and lunch. A culinary gem waiting to thrive.

Great breakfast and coffee! The three egg omelet was loaded with good stuff. Service was great, especially since I'm backpacking through and was expecting maybe to get some side-eye. A great stop for hungry Colorado Trail hikers!

For various reasons, I've been trying to eat healthy- avoiding wheat and dairy. The quinoa bowl was perfect! It was sweet, nutty, and had plenty of protein and greens. I'd never had quinoa porridge so I was a little suspicious that I might not like it but wow!! So so good on a cold morning!! Heads up that the eggs are precooked poached soft so they won't do medium or to order. The waitress told me that people usually leave a lot of the porridge so she was able to put half greens (arugula) and half porridge, which made it a lot lighter. As others have noted, the atmosphere is friendly but a bit relaxed (slow), so if you're looking for something formal or quick, this might not be ideal. It's great for chilling out, relaxing with friends or family, or chilling on your own (think hot tea and a journal kind of slow). Cheers!

We had a very nice experience here. The interior is like a fun old library/book store theme with funky furniture and old books. Our service was very fast and efficient, allowing us to get in the slopes quickly. The food came out so fast! And was very tasty. I had a build your own omelette with salmon, arugula, and avocado. The coffee was $4 and not great. If you can do without coffee, do it. I was full all day with this healthy, hearty food.

We normally eat here more than once when we come to Copper. It's great during ski season and summer. It's cute on the inside and ALL menu items are delicious. The house potatoes are a family favorite. You also have to order one of their craft sodas. The Orange Creamsicle is absolutely amazing.

Solid food options but would skip it in favor of Camp Hale in the future. They serve booze and the food is great, but if you don't get your order in right with the first seating it's not worth the stress of potentially missing first chair. Also, stools don't really work at ski resorts. If you're stuck with one while wearing ski boots, have fun.
