The food here is absolutely amazing! When we went in an placed and order it took a little while for our food to get done. They were very busy. The next time that we ordered we called in and placed it for take out. So I recommend just calling in ahead of time. : We ordered the pig pickin' sandwich and it was amazing!!! Our experience at this restaurant was highly disappointing. First, we were served the wrong food, which we only realized after touching and examining it. When we brought this to the attention of the new owner, Gina, she took the bag back and gave it to the correct customer. We were given the wrong food initially, and when we returned it to Gina, the person in charge, after examining it, she just resealed the bag and gave it to the correct customers. We had already waited for 25 minutes as told by her, only to wait an additional 20 minutes for our actual order. Despite going in three times, we only received our food after the third attempt, and Gina was rude when I asked for a refund before the food arrived, even telling us to "never come back." I am very disappointed as I have been a patron here for my entire life, and the new staff lacks respect for their customers.
We eat here regularly when we are at Frisco. Great sandwiches and more.
The food is absolutely fantastic and the workers are very sweet. The food is very affordable, very filing and the service is very quick. Highly recommend the chicken ceasar wrap!
I LOVE this place. The food is SO good what makes it better is the people who work here. I had the biscuit gravy this morning. Was creamy with great sausage flavor. I'm very picky about biscuits gravy I will be ordering it again!
Internet was down, so they only accepted cash. I had a $10 bill to get the biscuits and gravy. Gina refused to give me a complimentary water cup due to other peoples theft? I asked if she could watch me fill it with water because I just wanted to have something to drink with my meal for our ride home. She responded “no, I’m not dealing with it. We will charge $2.50 for a cup of water if you want it.” Mind you, I was the only one in the restaurant and only had a $10 bill… This is a really great way to lose business. Making matters worse, the biscuits and gravy are bland and taste almost sweet. Now, I’m on my way home eating sweet biscuits and gravy w no water. No fun. lol! Just very disappointing experience all around.
