What Dgv11 dislikes about Windy River Cafe:
This would be a great place for a good cafe, but the burgers were really gross and frozen mush patties. They have ice cream but apparently they can't turn it into a malt or a shake. Definitely disappointing. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 View all feedback.
