Went through the drive through tonight, and the girl that took my order was incredibly rude! Ordered my food anyway and specifically asked for no sour cream, 3 times. Get home and there’s sour cream on everything. Called to let them know, and the “manager” I spoke to was completely dismissive and inattentive. Please do better! View all feedback. We have a To-Go order at 18:00 on 06/23, and it was probably the best meal we ever had in every Taco Bell. Everything was super fresh and hot, the crunchy tacos were actually crispy, the burritos were filled with the corresponding amount of fillings, and it was simply great overall!
