Taco Bell - Friendswood

This is a great spot to grab a bite to eat and enjoy a game of Farkle! My dad really enjoyed the Mexican pizza, and I absolutely loved the tacos. I appreciated that they offer gluten-free options! I even brought my own gluten-free chips to go along with it.

I placed my order at the kiosk outside, and it was ready surprisingly quickly. The restaurant appeared quite clean, even though it was late in the day. One of my tacos was made incorrectly, but the staff corrected it promptly when I mentioned it. The service was efficient and seamless, and the food was excellent for a fast food establishment.

I went through the drive-thru tonight, and the girl who took my order was really rude! I placed my order and specifically requested no sour cream three times. When I got home, everything was covered in sour cream. I called to inform them, and the "manager" I talked to was completely dismissive and not attentive at all. I hope you can do better!

We needed help ordering an item removed from the menu (a seven-layer burrito). She refused to help us or take our order, she said we must order through an electronic menu. I left my phone number for the supervisor to call me so far no respond.

No one was there to greet/take orders for quite some time. Granted, they were busy making food and taking drive through orders, but I used the kiosk and it took forever and failed the first time so I had to do it again. Good service once my food was ready though
