Younger girl made multiple trips with food past us but never ack... read more 2nd time I have been here. They have a sign that says wait to be seated. We waited..and waited. Younger girl made multiple trips with food past us but never acknowledged us. Noone acknowledged us. Kept walking by but made sure not to make eye contact. Finally asked the young lady if we could be seat....again, not even acknowledged. Had to stand in front of kitchen door to be acknowledged by a guy that stammered about getting someone. He proceeded to go to the bar and talk a lady, who never even looked to see who he was talking about. Went about her business and he kept his head down. I only have so much patience. The bar was full but dining room was almost empty. Was not too busy to take 5 seconds to nod and say I will be right with you. 1st time we spent $50 on dinner and a $11 tip. Not tonight and don't think I will be back,not because of food but because of service. I know it is hard to get help,but if they cost you money, I would be talking to them or finding new help.

We ordered food and then we... read more Food was good and came out fast but the staff was terrible. My group was treated as though it was an inconvenience to have us there. We ordered food and then weren't checked on again till it came time for the bill. Whenever we needed anything we had to chase down staff to ask, got upcharged for things we didn't receive and when we tried to talk to the waitress about the discrepancies, she was nowhere to be found. Waited a good 15 minutes before we left without getting out bill fixed and just had to pay the whole thing. Definitely do not recommend going if you want to be treated with respect.

There was one woman working this night and she was extremely rude to myself and the rest of my crew mates. We’ve eaten there once before and different staff were working and the experience was pleasant, but tonight was atrocious. What we believe was the owner named Nicole was actively avoiding coming to our table and would get annoyed for us asking for an extra sauce. She even threw one of the sauces at my friend who was sitting across from me. She would come by the table once every 25-30 mins and would ask us if we needed anything. We couldn’t get a word out before she just walked away and ignored us again. When it came time to pay we each had to go to the atm as we didn’t have any cash on us at the time. The lowest amount the atm would give is a 20$ bill. My total was 13.61 and she wouldn’t even come back to the table to collect the money and give change. If she expected me to just leave the 20$ and the change would be her tip she was sorely wrong. I understand owning and running a bar is difficult but it is not that hard to have a pleasant attitude towards people. We even witnessed her saying “have a good night…or not I don’t care” to some others that had left. She then went on to complain about how she’s having to run all over and no one appreciates her. Then there was some others at the bar that asked for their check and she wouldn’t even give them it. In the middle of everyone waiting to either get a check or pay the bill she walked out to the patio and began to light a cigarette ignoring everyone. We were there waiting to pay for over 25 mins before we just pooled our money together and payed at the same time leaving it on the table for her. Personally I feel like the establishment needs to be under new ownership because that bar will go under with the current owner and her bad attitude.

The food is okay, nothing to brag about. The owner is super rude to customers. She acted as if we were an inconvenience to her for ordering food. When I asked for mayonnaise for my sandwich instead of the sour cream I had been given she threw the mayo on the table and said Next time ask for it so I don 't have to make two trips When I indeed did ask for mayo to begin with. The waitress/owner never came back and asked us how everything was. Then as other customers were leaving, the owner would balantly talk out loud to her other customers about the customers that had just left and trash talk them. Absolute terrible service. I WILL NEVER RETURN. I 'd give this place 0 stars if there was that option. Don 't waste your time or money.
