We ordered at 7 a.m., but the pizza didn't arrive until just before 9. Why not just state the delivery time HONESTLY? Then we would have ordered earlier, or we could have been prepared for it. By the time the pizza arrived, we were already completely lost.

Small update: We've now gradually eaten our way through the entire menu, and I can only confirm my previous impression. The combinations are so large that two people (even big eaters) can easily be satisfied. A steak is the size of half a cow and melts in the mouth. We haven't ordered a dish yet that wasn't tasty or was too small. A big from us. Honestly, every dish is super delicious, more than adequately sized, and also really good value for money.

What's going on with you guys? It's getting more and more expensive, but the quality is getting worse. The pizza had completely burnt onions on it. Instead of being spicy, it was tasteless and looked like shit on it... It only arrived after we called again after a 40-minute delay. The driver probably forgot about it and quickly put it back in the oven for a few minutes, which is why everything was burnt. There's nothing left topping at least 3 cm from the edge. Of course, we complained about the pizza, which also cost a whopping €14. We got a new one, and lo and behold, it looked completely different—nothing was burnt, but it didn't taste like anything either. Sorry guys, that's not how you build customer loyalty, especially since there's enough competition in Friedrichsthal/Bildstock. The constant platitudes from this service provider that there was a high volume of orders and they can only estimate the delivery time are of no interest to the customer, because that's not the problem the customer has or wants to hear; the customer relies on a reliable statement from the service provider. Furthermore, our pizza was ordered two hours before opening time and was in the sixth position.
