We then had to wait a correspondingly long time for our food—75 minutes to be exact. Other tables unfortunately left after two hours without eating. The service was completely overwhelmed, although in my opinion, the servers weren't to blame because there were simply far too many hungry people for the few servers, and the kitchen understandably couldn't keep up. The food was very good, and the portions were generous. Unfortunately, more isn't always better.

I traveled from Cologne and really wanted to visit this Bavarian inn again, as it finally offers a good menu for vegetarians and not just Käsespätzle (cheese spaetzle) like some other Bavarian restaurants. The food is good, the service very friendly, only the beer – Kühbacher – isn't as good as in Cologne.

For our main courses, we... read more A real insider tip for German/Silesian cuisine. I went there with my family for a meal – rustic, family friendly, and cozy atmosphere. For our main courses, we had the onion roast beef with Spätzle, Silesian beef roulade with red cabbage, and, as a classic for our son, the schnitzel with fries. Everything tasted fantastic and was perfectly seasoned. The beef roulade was just like my great grandmother's – a real treat! : As a special treat, we had Kaiserschmarrn and apple fritters with vanilla sauce – the Kaiserschmarrn was especially delicious.
