Next, we savored the muddle bowl, served in a spicy Thai chocolate broth—another layer of flavor that deepened our experience. Then came the crescendo: large, luscious clams with pesto served on wonderful homemade pasta. Absolutely marvelous location, food and service at Wescott Bay! We enjoyed dining outdoors with a view of the bay, oyster flats and the pastoral landscape. The oysters are delicate and just the right size! We had both raw on the half shell and a few grilled as well as the tomato/stone fruit salad, piping hot baguette with butter, locally grown greens with a delightful vinaigrette and a panini…..PLUS a bottle of Washington Orcas Project Albariño.
