Ein einzigartiges veganes Restaurant in Freiburg! Ich habe das Tagesmenü gegessen und es hat mir hervorragend geschmeckt. Der Service ist authentisch und die Gerichte werden sehr sorgfältig zubereitet. Ich habe es geliebt! Am Donnerstag gibt es Rohkost und an den anderen Tagen gekocht. Außerdem gibt es eine große Auswahl an Büchern, die alle mehr oder weniger mit Veganismus zu tun haben. Ich empfehle diesen Ort wärmstens!

La cuisine donne directement sur la salle, c’est donc dans un climat de confiance et de sincérité que les gérants cuisiniers préparent leurs plats près de vous. « Vegan » oui, mais cela ne veut pas dire trop de restrictions, il y a tant d’aliments existant par la nature qui nous offres tous ce dont notre corps a besoin. Et ces personnes accueillantes sauront justement vous préparer des menus consciencieusement cuisinés et si joliment présentés. Un lieu rempli d’amour ! Et tout est bio. Il y a même des ateliers de cours de cuisine végane à demander pour dates fixées), entres amis ou en famille ! Le jeudi c 'est cru et le vendredi-samedi c 'est cuit. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à toute personne, ne serait-ce que curieuse, ou étant déjà dans un mode de vie similaire.
